Where to begin... I'm an out of town patient who was referred to Dr. Navarro-Sanchez by someone who got a procedure done by him. She was a consultation agent for Sono Bello in my area. I had been going back and forth on a tummy tuck or just Lipo and after speaking to her and meeting Dr. Navarro I have no regrets! I researched other doctors; He was the only one that actually posted procedures done that day, walked through the procedures and educated in his videos. I flew out for a day trip for my consultation. He came and got me from the lobby personally. He made me feel comfortable, and listened to everything I wanted. His assistant Vanessa Amazing! I got a tummy tuck and lipo in my back and am 5 weeks post op and so happy with the results this far! The day of surgery he met me at the door, explained how everything was going to work, made me feel safe which took the nerves off. He called me the same evening to see how I was feeling and seen him the next day for the follow up. I get follow up's weekly with him via video as well as get checked on by Vanessa via email or phone to see how things are going or if I have any questions. I get quick responses, very professional, feels like family, amazing staff and atmosphere. I go back in May for lipo in my thighs and a breast lift/augmentation and look forward to another step forward towards my results. Thank you again Dr. Navarro-Sanchez and Team!
