“Where to begin… I’m an out of town patient who was referred to Dr. Navarro-Sanchez by someone who got a procedure done by him. She was a consultation agent for Sono Bello in my area. I had been going back and forth on a tummy tuck or just Lipo and after speaking to her and meeting Dr. Navarro I have no regrets! I researched other doctors; He was the only one that actually posted procedures done that day, walked through the procedures and educated in his videos. I flew out for a day trip for my consultation. He came and got me from the lobby personally. He made me feel comfortable, and listened to everything I wanted. His assistant Vanessa Amazing! I got a tummy tuck and lipo in my back and am 5 weeks post op and so happy with the results this far! The day of surgery he met me at the door, explained how everything was going to work, made me feel safe which took the nerves off. He called me the same evening to see how I was feeling and seen him the next day for the follow up. I get follow up’s weekly with him via video as well as get checked on by Vanessa via email or phone to see how things are going or if I have any questions. I get quick responses, very professional, feels like family, amazing staff and atmosphere. My experience with Dr Sanchez- Navarro and his staff was amazing! He made me feel so comfortable and welcome from the first moment I met him. His smile put me at ease immediately, and seeing that Pat the nurse was there, I was like yes this is definitely where I want to get my surgery done. I had an abdominoplasty, I was so scared. I had this done mainly to help with my constant back pain. I have to say so far, it has. Dr Sanchez-Navarro told me he would get me back into a bikini, definitely not what I was going for, but I actually can. I went to Dr. Sanchez-Navarro for my first ever aesthetics surgery! Initially, I went on multiple consultations for my breast augmentation all around Phoenix and Scottsdale where I live, and even one consultation in Las Vegas! I ended up choosing Dr Sanchez-Navarro because I ultimately felt like he was certainly qualified but most importantly made me feel very very comfortable. I felt like he was listening to everything I said when describing what my desired result was. As he was explaining what he was planning on doing he was very thorough while explaining his thought process to make me feel totally comfortable. Overall the communication was 10 out of 10, the anesthesiologist called me the night before and Dr. Navarro gave his cell phone number to my mom in case we had any questions. He even called to check on me the night of surgery. I highly recommend checking this place out for any surgical procedure you’re interested in!!

He’s thorough, follows up and I appreciate his kindness so much. He didn’t have to see me. The issue was not my breast implant.
